We pride ourselves on being the locals family favourite, however our menu is designed to appeal to our ever growing hotel guests as well. We have a balanced combination of family Great British pub classics, street food and some more adventurous gastronomical seasonal dishes to keep everyone happy. The kitchen team are continuously evolving menus to excite everyone’s taste buds, and are passionate about using seasonal produce.  Please see sample menus below, for parties of 10 – 20 a pre order from the menu will be required.  If your party is for more than 20 then a bespoke menu can be arranged.  Please contact the team at The Duke should you require any of these.

Head chef Alan Dann

We are delighted to present our newly appointed head chef Alan Dann, who comes with an impressive reputation. Having trained and worked with some of the top chefs around the world, Alan started his career working in Michelin starred restaurants in England and France. He has since gone on to achieve stars of his own as head chef and now here at the Duke he’s lending his culinary skills to our vision of creating a family friendly destination pub.
